My friend Katie (whose baby just turned 20) said to me last night: "it's way easier to have three babies, than when you have two and are pregnant with the third." So glad to hear that.
Ever since the first women were given the practice of Ashtanga there have been bhakti babies. It seems like now, more and more we see ashtangi's who have been practicing for a decade or more, having children, integrating an ashtanga practice during pregnancy, coming back to their mats with baby on breast, and even travelling to Mysore with baby(ies). Who are these babies? How did they get here and what can they teach us?
